Pace

Pace (2022) by Alsace-Lorraine Artistry is a fun painting with a double meaning.  Typically, snails are associated with being slow.  Despite this fact, that they go at their own pace, ending up in their desired location.  In a culture of active comparison, rugged individualism and doing everything as quickly as possible, this painting reminds us to slow down.  By slowing down, we can enjoy the ride life has to offer, take time to smell the flowers and truly see the environment around us.
